Baptist Church of the Covenant, in Birmingham, Alabama seeks the right person to serve as Associate Pastor, Minister of Christian Formation. BCOC was born from the civil rights movement, and we remain committed to providing space for all those who seek a relationship with God. We are active in local community ministry and support people and programs around the world. We seek the right person who will give leadership to areas of Christian formation: coordinating the Education Committee for a robust calendar of learning opportunities during the week; supporting neuro-diverse, trauma-informed family programs; leading youth programming; and providing pastoral care for all ages. It’s a big job, no doubt, and this minister will serve alongside active lay leaders who care deeply for the
minister’s success, and the success of these programs. BCOC provides a salary consistent with experience,
with an anticipated starting salary of $60,000, and the following benefits: health insurance, retirement

University Baptist Church (UBC) in Waco, Texas is seeking a 20-hour per week Kids Pastor who will provide thoughtful leadership to all areas of kids ministry (infant through 5th grade). Kenbridge Baptist Church, located in a small, rural town, is seeking a full-time pastor with 6-10 years of ministry experience. We are a vibrant congregation with an average worship attendance of fewer than 50 people on Sundays. We are searching for a pastoral leader passionate about fostering spiritual growth in the church and community.

Qualifications: Interested candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and some seminary training (preferred), effective preaching and communication skills, comfortable with traditional worship, a heart for outreach and mission work, and the ability to develop engaging programs for youth and children.

Benefits: She or he will receive a supportive congregation that embraces women in ALL leadership roles. Although we are seeking a full-time pastor, we will also consider bi-vocational candidates. The approximate salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 (including Social Security allowance). There is a parsonage located across the street from the church. Ox Hill Baptist Church in Chantilly, VA, a socioeconomically and culturally diverse suburb of Washington, DC, is seeking an Associate Pastor for Children, Youth, and Young Adults. This minister will be responsible for coordinating and planning faith formation events for children, youth, and their families and creating opportunities to engage young adults in Christian discipleship. Our ideal candidate will be spiritually mature, relational, energetic, collaborative, and innovative. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; possession of or progress towards a master’s degree in theological or ministerial studies is highly desirable.
