In April of 2023, Baptist Women in Ministry shared an open letter to women in response to an increase in “men taking actions against women who are ministering, leading, and pastoring to speak the love and grace of Jesus Christ.” This page continues to be our most visited page over two years later. 

Born of the Southern Baptists’ continued insistence to punish churches that affirm women pastors, we created this toolkit to help churches show that there are Baptists who fully value women’s gifts and calling.
