With the help of the Search for a Ministerial Job: A Guide for Women I felt for the first time like I had personalized support while entering the job search. Through interviews, call weekends, and announcements, the guide provided a blueprint for the entire process. Not only is this resource practical, detailed, and understanding of women’s journeys, it offers women ministers a place to see themselves as the competitive candidates we are.
