BWIM wants to share in celebrating congregational affirmation of all women in ministry, and it helps us keep records of all of the women ordained in Baptist life.

We are also always in need of photos of women in ministry and leadership in action to use on our websites, in articles, in promotions, and more! We are asking you to send us photos of you in action, whether that is preaching, leading, working at your computer, or out to coffee.
